We were prescribed the following formula from a physician:
Triamcinolone acetonide 0, 1g
Chlorhexidine diacetate 1g
Lidocaine HCl 3g
Propylene glycol 10g
Cetomacrogol 1000 50g
Aqua AD 100g
This gives a very thick fixed base that is barely extendable

Retains the 3 medicines and rub them with propylene glycol. Fill up to 100 g with buffered Cetomacrogol cream TMF
