Are there any incompatibilities in this cream?

Answer

Here I would recommend using the base. The general rule says that non-ionizable compounds are better absorbed by the skin as salts. In addition, the problems with the use of the hydrochloride are due to the incompatibility with the emulsifier of Beeler basis namely nalauryl sulfate. Cocaine base will presumably be able to be dissolved in the methylsalicylate, which also allows the capsicine oil resin to be partly rubbed off. This mixture is then gradually added to the image base until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
