For artificial kidney We make capsules with different vitamins. In the literature I found that Vit C inactivates Vit B12 (reduction). Is this a relevant problem in our case?

Composition of the Gelules: Folic acid 1mg, thiamine 1.5 mg, riboflavin 1.7 mg, Vit C 75 mg, Vit D3 0.1 mg (4000E), Vit B6 10 mg, Vit B12 0.006 mg, Nicotinamide 20 mg, panthotene acid 10 mg, biotin 0.3 mg

Answer

A first important point is the moisture content; perhaps best dried starch Add. There exists (or existed) coated vitamin C; This is perhaps appropriate here. If not then the ordinary ascorbic acid will have to be used. Both the one and the other I wouldn't rub finely. I would mix all the other products in a mortar and in the end to this mixture the Vit. C add and mix with a spatula or a plastic powder scraper. You can also bring the mixture into a plastic bag of custom size, add the Vit C and shake to mix. Ensure that the gelules can be kept free of moisture.
