Can a shampoo with Cedar essence be made clear?

Two problems can occur: Salicylic acid may be soluble; Cedar Essence certainly not. Start with the preparation of a concentrated solution of NaLS and 100 g water + propylene glycol + 10% cetomacrogol. Add salicylic acid and cedar essence. Both should be solved at this stage.
