Can you help me with next prescription? Atropine 0.03 g Sol. C. sulfat. Atropini Neutr. 0.03 g AQ. Destil AD 5 G

I can't work with ampoules in the trade because the dosage is too low. Make a trituration? What does & #039; sol C & #039;? Should I just use the Collyr from NF V?
I have already invoked the help of some colleague & #039; s, but they also do not know how to start it.

Answer

Indeed in the NF VI are eye drops with 25 mg atropine sulfate per 5 g. I suspect that eye drops with 30 mg atropine sulfate are meant here. You can use a solution (pH = 4.8) with per 100 ml 1.65 g boric acid and 10 mg benzalkonium chloride as a solvent.
