Combination corticosteroid ester with erythromycin: Betamethasone valerate 36mg erythromycin base 1.5 g hydrophilic anionic Creme ad 50g

There is talk of buffering to pH 6.6 or 8.6 (I can not read). Does the hydrof anion cream correspond to cetyl creme?

Answer

Hydrophilic anionic Creme is described in the TMF as a betamethasone valerate creme is also described.

this corticostero ï de-ester is incompatible with the of ph caused by erythromycin, which for stability reasons requires a ph of 8.6. Buffering on 6.6 beats Betamethasonvalerate and 8.6 on erythromycin.

better is to split the two products. One can prepare two Cr è knife or a CR è me and a lotion. Examples are found in the TMF.
