Doctor asks to make an aqueous solution of methadone. With which fungus can I make this the best?

I was thinking of using methylcellullose in a concentration of 0.5-1%. What is your opinion on this?

You can use: methadonHCl 1.0 g; Hydroxyethylcellulose 1.0   g; glycerin 20 g; Citric acid 130   mg; potassium Sorbate 110 mg; Nasaccharinate 130 mg; Strong Orange tincture 6.5 g and water up to 100 ml
