We would like to have a certain stock of fortified Collyre with tobramycin 15mg/ml and vancomycin 25-50 mg/ml on the service ophthalmology (to avoid the waiting calls Hiefor). These eyedrops are made in a LAF cabinet with a shelf life of 1 month. But is there an option to extend the shelf time?

You have to do with few stable products. There is only one possibility to prolong the holding (unopened packaging) and this is storage in the refrigerator. Then one can take 2 month. This is also the use of my. Normal for eye drops is not longer than 1 month. Therefore, after storing for 1 month in the refrigerator of the pharmacy, the Collyrium can still be used for 1 month on the service oftalmololgie if stored in the refrigerator.
