How to add 1.5 g prednisolone to benzyl benzoate emulsion 25% TMF?

In advance, it should be claimed that it is better to use prednisolone acetate (AcaPharma) instead of Predsolon. Prednisolone is not completely insoluble in water and the dissolved is undergoing a chemical modification, which leads to crystallization of another crystal form, which is less soluble. This allows needles to occur in the sediment.  

In order to avoid problems with the difficult sedimentation of the sediment, it might be worthwhile to test whether the Prednsiolon (or better prednsiolone acetate) is soluble in the warmed benzyl benzoate. This solution can then be emulsified as described in the TMF. If no solution wort is formed, then the Prednisolone (acetate) can be dispersed with a small homogenizer in the Benzyl benzoate and the dispersion is then called.
