How can I prepare a good cream with 10% acetylcysteine (for Wratjes)?

Answer

The big problem is the smell of decaying eggs, which   is accompanied by acetylcysteine. It is advised to prepare a water-free ointment   such as

R/    a Cetylcysteine/hydroquinone ointment LNA:   2% hydroquinone + 3% acetylcysteine (possibly + 1% hydrocortisone acetate)   in Lanetteointment FNA.

Of course you only retain the acetylcysteine.   Lanetteointment FNA (unguentum Lanette) exists for 85% from the base pro   Unguentum Lanette  : Lanettewas 30 g, liquid paraffin 25 g, white   Vaseline 45 g), and for 15% Isopropylmyristaat. The Lanette can be Lanette O here (not emulsifying). We do not prepare a cream. Nothing prevents you from adding smell dust. A lot of used is rosemary oil. But I'm   no longer familiar with what can and cannot   to get reimbursement from the RIZIV.
