How do I best work with vitamin E in the form of alpha-tocopherol succinate in a syrup for children at a dosage of 400E/5ml?

Composition:
ksorbate 300mg
Citric acid 240mg
Cremophor EL 15g
tocopherol succinate 1210E/g 6.6 g
anise fugolie 220mg
sugar syrup 15g
water up to 100 ml

Preparation method:
Boil 200 ml of water; take beaker of minimum 150 ml of content and tarreer; bring in: Ksorb + 50 ml cooled water; dissolve and add citric acid and dissolve.
take plastics mortar and moisten walls with Cremophor EL with pestle; let stand; add Vita M E + anise oil and mix into an even cloudy liquid. Add sugar syrup and mix until completely clear liquid. Then in one go beaker with Ksorb + Citric acid add and mix to clear liquid. Pour contents of mortar into beaker and rinse mortar and pestle with 25ml of water and pour in Beaker place beaker on balance and ling with water up to 104g.

If the taste is not yet optimal, maybe more sugar syrup should be added?
