How do I prepare a pyrazinamide suspension?

Following composition can be used:

pyrazinamide 5 g
polysorbate 80 0.05 g
exc. Xanthan gum Certa 50 cc
hermesetas Fluib. 2.5 cc
aq. Conserv. AD 100 cc.

The sediment formation of this susp. is slow, the Viscosity is sufficient, the view homogeneous, and the stir-up well. Pyrazinamide is based on the specialty Tebrazid, some of which are finely crushed.
