How do I work with LCD in Beeler basis?

formula:
R/Salicylic acid 15g
liquor Carbonis detergent 60g
betamethasone valerate 120mg
Beeler base ad 300g
We use the image base of the NF, which is prepared in the pharmacy. How can we maintain the consistency of a CR è me with this large amount of LCD? Or do we just make it a little more fluid?

Answer

The simplest solution is to use an image base with a higher content of self-emulsifying wax. In The classical composition one has 170 g ZEW. We can drive them up to e.g. 250 g Cera Emuslificans B Eur Pharm. I hope that this will be sufficient. If not, you have to double Cera Alba.
