R/Salicylic acid 15gWe use the image base of the NF, which is prepared in the pharmacy. How can we maintain the consistency of a CR è me with this large amount of LCD? Or do we just make it a little more fluid?
liquor Carbonis detergent 60g
betamethasone valerate 120mg
Beeler base ad 300g

The simplest solution is to use an image base with a higher content of self-emulsifying wax. In The classical composition one has 170 g ZEW. We can drive them up to e.g. 250 g Cera Emuslificans B Eur Pharm. I hope that this will be sufficient. If not, you have to double Cera Alba.
