Kaolin 200 mg cocoa butter 200 mg Glucose 150 mg Arabic gum 20 mg Temgesic 2 tabl. DT 16 Gums 3x DAILY sublingual
And what is the usefulness of cocoa butter? (It seems that it would serve because the Pati ë NT can not inject it-cocoa would be painful???)

This prescription is supposedly coming from the US. I have to say that cocoa butter is not used but cocoa powder. The is no doubt used here as taste corrigens. To be able to perform this requirement you need a shape along the lines of what is used to make ice scuffers in the refrigerator.. This seems to be an older galenic form, but it is an alternative method of administration in palliative care.
