How to mask the anise flavor in Gaviscon syrup?

The result with O. A. Vanilla, orange peel tincture is sad and I wondered if there was a possibility to prepare the suspension yourself with a different/better taste?

Gaviscon is a preparation that puts an important know-how behind. Everything depends on the quality of the delivered after-alginate. Maybe it's better yet to try with other flavor corrigentia like cocoa or chocolate top ping.
