How to mix Nasonex 10 ml with atropvent 10 ml?

Is there an interaction between Nasonex and Atrovent? I need to mix and dilute both solutions with 20 ml of physiologically serum.

Answer

The composition of both solutions is as follows:

Nasonex: h et active ingredient is mometasonfuroate. Each spray contains 50 micrograms of mometasonfuroate as monohydrate.
The other ingredients are colloidal cellulose, glycerol, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, Polysorbate 80, benzalkonium chloride, purified water.

Atrovent: D e active substance is: ipratropium bromide monohydrate 0.261 mg (= 0.25 mg ipratropium bromide anhydrous). or   0,522 mg (= 0.50 mg ipratropium bromide anhydrous).   other ingredients (excipients) are: sodium chloride-hydrochloric acid-purified water.

When you view the structural formula of ipratropium bromide, you will notice that a positively charged nitrogen occurs. This lies at the basis of a possible incompatibility with colloidal cellulose which I suspect this product corresponds to Avicel RC 591, which contains 10% after (+) CMC (-) I fear that the beautiful suspension for atomization Coaguates. The solution lies in its own preparation of a loco Nasonex   with e.g. methyl cellulose. This is not impossible but not easy. There should be looking for a compound or something near for inhalation, I suspect.
