I am looking for a formula for an ointment with 0.2% nifedipine for the...

Answer

There is practically nothing to be found in literature about such ointment. I only found 1 (with 16% nifedipine) but the raw materials used are not available in Belgi ë. So I try to replace them with similar products:

nifedipine 200 mg
Propylene glycol 10 ml
lecithin: Isopropyl solution 20 g (*)
PEG ointment PB V AD 100 g

(*) consists of 10 g lecithin and 10 g Isopropylmysristaat-I suspect slightly warm up to dissolve the lecithin.

normally there is in the original formula instead of propylene glycol diethylene glycol monoethylether, an absorption promoter. Most likely, Asma can get this product but in what packaging?
instead of PEG is used in the original Formula Pluronic gel. This product is via the normal channels, not to be found in Belgi ë!
