The preparation of this CR è me should be feasible. I think your fear of ZnO is not unfounded. ZnO is indeed a hydrophilic product. Although the faramcopee requires that wool grease should be able to absorb water twice, this is not always the case. Let us first prepare the W/O cr è mebasis. I would start by rubbing the ZnO with 10ml warmed water and adding petroleum jelly and wool grease there. The whole slightly warm up and mix until a CR è me. We let the whole mix under regular cooling to room temperature. You see whether water separates itself. This is done add five drops of Arlacel C and mix vigorously to restore the emulsion.
