Is it possible to make dithranol washable emulsion as a stock preparation (without dithranol in it), so that we only have to add the dithranol on delivery?

According to my data, the highest stability is at pH = 6. Injections of ascorbic acid have a pH between 5.5 and 7 after neutralization with NaHCO3. We will certainly sit there because of the presence of salicylic acid. And therefore, is it perhaps safer to add the ascorbic acid along with dithranol?
