Is this caused by absorption of moisture and thereby the emergence of acetic acid?

So it is clear that there is an incompatibility. I read in the Merck Index that ranitidineHCl is very well soluble in acetic acid. If some cause of acetic acid is formed then we have left. Or keeping dry will suffice I don't know but one can try. If not replace acetylsalicylic acid?
