Precipitate diclofenac Na in Emulgel?

Dear I would like to make Diclofenac Emulgel. I rely on the following formula I found here: In Voltaren Gel sits 1% diclofenac. After diclofenac 1g Isopropanol 21.5% Propylene glycol 5.5% Carbopol 980 2% Liquid Paraffin 10% Cetomacrogol 1000 3% Tris or Trometamol 2% Purified water up to 100 g This composition gives an Emulsigel. When making this emulsigel, it always turns pretty white. Voltaren Emulgel is a much more transparent gel, but it contains diclofenac diethylammonium. Can I conclude by the white colors of the Emulgel that a portion of the Na diclofenac Precipitts back?
