A precipitation in a preparation based on DMSO instead of Bonain solution?

Composition: Cocaine HCl 2g, menthol 2g, lidocaine base 2g, DMSO 4g, NaHCO3 Qs to pH 6.5 (+/- -1, 5g) Fixed components in beaker done, DMSO there, pH measuring, NaHCO3 adding 2let You Solve

Answer

I have no explanation for your question. I find it an exceptionally peculiar composition and do not understand how we can speak here of a pH where we have to do with a water-free composition.

The problem is the solubility of the various components in DMSO. Menthol will not be a problem. But the question marks are

1. Converts lidocaine Cocasein Hcl into cocaine base and are soluble in DMSO

2. But how does the inorganic salt NaHCO3 behave in DMSO? Is NaHCO3 necessary??

One should divide the composition and see how each product behaves in DMSO and perhaps on the basis of that experience, you can still come to a deliverable preparation. If the precipitation is well-sheldable then perhaps it is not an obstacle to deliver a solution with a precipitate?
