Problem with composition of mouth rinse agent after carbonate 100g Borax 50g after salicylate 25g Water ad 500ml

We ask ourselves questions about the formula of a mouthwash, whether these proportions are correct, and how this should be taken. We thought to prepare it with glycerin and mint water.

Answer

If you add glycerin then make the solution more acidic. Apparently the prescriber wants a weak of solution. The prescribed quantities seem to me to be high. Another modification, which I would make, is NaHCO3 instead of of Nacarbonaat.
a possible composition is
NaHCO3 37.5 g
naborate 37.5 g
nasalicylate 10g
mint water up to 500ml
