Urea and lactic acid dissolved in the heated water, Lanette SX and arachide oil melted together; The 2 phases at the same temperature mixed. This started to Schift, then quite a bit of Tween 80 added and this now forms a milk, but still very liquid and the 2 phases still clear. It would be used as hydrating body milk.

I suggest increasing the amount of oil by 10g. If still too liquid, you can still add 0.5% methyl cellulose 400 extra. I would also prepare excipients without the medicines. So with water dilute up to 95g. The recipient of the water phase Tarreren. And after this preparation I would add both medicines. These dissolve without any problem in the water phase, in the end you can supplement with water up to 100g (+/-100ml).
