Problems with chlorhexidine in a W/O cream. (How do I get 1% chlorhexidine in AVA processed without any schifts?)

I fear that this fails because of the O/W emulgatorial properties of Chlorhexidine Digluc. Perhaps Chlorhexidine Diacetate does not give this problem. One could also consider adding 0.9% NaCl? I am thinking of salt-out.
