Recently we got following preparation: Urea 2g prednisolone 0.3 g metronidazole 1g Na lauryl sulfate 1g cetyl alcohol 10g liquid paraffin 30g yellow vaseline 10g

Water AD 100g < br/> If we take these quantities, we obtain a clear separation of the 2 phases. We tried to adjust the quantities of the emulsifier and also try to add emulsify 83 but without success. The CR è me remained clearly unstable.

Answer

Adding 5 g tween gives a stable CR &grave; me. The ratio between the liquid paraffin and the yellow petroleum jelly may be adjusted to equal parts of each.
