Rectospeenointment does not remain stable, water comes out

Prednisolone1, 5 mg, Hexachlorofone (replaced by chlorhexidine di acetate 0.1%), Lidocaine 5mg, Promethazine 10mg, Eucerin Cubaqua ad 1 g

Answer

I think the problems are caused by chlorhexidinediacetate.   I would divide the amount of Eucerine with the aqua in two equal parts. The mixture of prednisolone, lidocaine and Promethazine HCL I would be freeening with the first half. Chlorhexidinediacetate is rubbed with the second half. Presumably water will come out here. Consequently, we add to this mass under hard stirring dropwise Arlacel C until the cream absorbs the water back. Then the two parts are mixed.
