This is not an easy exercise but I suggest you suspend this product in water using methyl cellulose 400. Although Beconase Aqua Microcrystalline cellulose Dispersibele contains microcrystals. Cellulose + CMC (-). With this microcrystalline cellulose you would get an interaction with neomycin (+). Beconase Aqua has a volume of 24ml and if we want to dissolve 2% methyl cellulose in this volume, 480 mg should be weighed off. Then rub the Beclomet diprop with the 24 ml methyl cellulose 2% solution: the particles should be finely dispersed in the aqueous medium in this way. Then add the remaining ingredients after having dissolved in water beforehand. Apply to volume.

I hope the suspension is sufficiently stable and that the viscosity suitable is for the Rinoflow!
