Is there a formula for isoniazid and Pyrazinamide (Tebrazid) in a solution that tastes good for a child of 6?

Child of 6 years with latent tuberculosis infection. Rifampicin, isoniazid and Tebrazid were prescribed to divide into capsules but child does not get the capsules swallowed. In the hospital, rifampicin syrup was made, but for the other 2 medicines no solution was found (or the taste was very poor). The medication should be taken for a long time.

Answer

The ideal solution to such a problem is still not found in my eyes.

I see   two approaches:

1. One tries to swallow the capsule with additional tools: e.g. with a large hoveliness yoghurt or not too consistent jelly

2. The capsule is opened in a dimple of BV Choco and then the powder is covered with Choco.   After ingestion, a half glass of chocolate milk is drunk.
