Is there a good formula for a disinfectant hand gel (Alcogel)?

There is a huge demand for the last few days (CFR. Swine flu) and the available preparations on the market are lacking.

Answer

The preparation of Alcogel is simple as long as one can buy the raw materials? One can leave the isopropanol-containing carbomeergel of the FN VI and replace the isopropanol with antiseptic solution 70%. Keep in mind, however, that an alcohol concentration of 70% requires the use of special organic bases (see table 1 attached), which are not included in the ranges of suppliers of pharmaceutical raw materials.
