Trisenox is an orphan medicine. Therefore quite costly. You happen to have no cooking method for arseentroixide injections?

Answer

(in collaboration with Apoth. M. Dooms)

I know the following compound for arsenic rioxide injections 1mg/ml:

arsenic Rioxide 1 mg/ml
NaOH 1.2 mg/ml
HCl to pH 8
water for injections up to 1ml
This injection is diluted with an infusion. Now if the pH should be 8 then I suspect that Na2CO3 possibly NaHCO3 if base can already be sufficient.
after trying to meet the following composition: Arseentrioxide 50mg; sodium bicarbonate 25mg and water for injections up to 100ml.
