We want to prepare "Diprolene cream" loco.

When looking at the formula it turns out to be a gel: Betameth. Dipropinate 0.64 mg-Titan. Diox. -Carboxypolymethyl. -Sodium Hydrox. -Propylen. Glycol. -Aqua Purif. Q.S. AD 1 G. Carboxypolymethylene appears to be a polymer that forms a gel by adding alkali hydroxides and amines. Gel. In The Loco preparation we can replace titanium oxide with 10% zinc oxide.
as a basis we would take the carbomwing gel of the TMF. As Neutralizer becomes there trometamol used. Are complications possible between betamthasonedipropionate and Trometamol?

Answer

Carboxymethylene is synonymous with Carbopol. You must observe the pH and ensure that you do not exceed pH = 6. TiO2 does not need to be replaced by ZnO given it is available in bulk.
