What basis do you use if chlorhexidinedigluconate is to be processed in a W/O creme?

For first we should not concern ourselves with sorbic acid that can simply omit the presence of chlorhexidine.  

Any W/O cream Base We use we continue to sit with the O/W emulsifiable properties of Chlorhexidinedigluconate. These are perhaps slightly smaller in the diacetaate. But i K would suggest trying to convert the digluconate to the Water-soluble dihydrochloride that also appears as an antibacterial agent in certain pharmaceutical specialties. A small amount of NaCl (26 mg per   20mg of chlorhexidine) may already be sufficient.
