What is the best method of preparation for the following formula: Urea 4g caffeine 4g theophylline 4g Menthol 5g Beeler base AD 100g

Answer

There are a few edits in your cooking method, which I would not perform. When we overwalk the products, only urea is completely soluble in the water phase. Caffeine and theophylline are it only partial. Menthol is soluble in the fat phase and so we do not have to dissolve it in alcohol, which then evaporates at a further stage!

Therefore I would like to propose

  1. melts the fat phase at a low temperature e.g. 60 °C
  2. Heat the water to 62 °C
  3. take the oil phase of the heating plate and add the menthol; Menthol solves?
  4. dissolve the urea in the warmed water and mix the two phases. Prepare a cream (work fast) and let it cool down.
  5. rub in a mortar theophylline and caffeine, which was milled with a coffee grinder (caffeine is difficult to make very fine) and mix
  6. rub This powder mixture with the cooled cream and remove the cream from the ointment grinder.
