What is the common concentration of adrenaline in suppositories for the treatment of hemorrhoids

These are complicated suppositories where you will have to go out of Cameron Suppositories described in the TMF.  

Usually the concentration of adrenaline is 5 à10 drops of the 1 pro thousand adrenaline or levorenine solution described in the Belgian Pharmacopoeia VI. Now this solution is little stable and mixed with the suppository mass, after a short time nothing will remain of the adrenaline. That's why we   work with adrenaline trituring in mannitol.  

a 1:200 trituring of adrenaline is suitable to replace the 1 pro thousand solution. It is best prepared on the basis of mannitol. A quantity of 10 mg trituration corresponds to 1 drop of the solution.

The preparation of a 1 to 200 trituration is not an obvious operation. Therefore, I would start the preparation of a 1 to 50 trituration

before starting, I first prepare a 1 to 10 trituration of riboflavin (tell-tale)  

then I weigh 100 mg of levorenine and add 50 mg riboflavin trituration and mix. To this mixture we add gradually according to the geometrical series 4,985   g mannitol  .  

of this trituration I take 1.250 g, add 50 mg riboflavin trituration and mix to homogeneous. Daaarna I add to this mixture 3,700   g mannitol.
