What do I use in a mouth ointment: Betamethasone....

Ointment with Betamethasone 0.05% in the mouth. What can I use: the propionate or the alcohol or...

Answer

If Betamethasone is prescribed I would use Betamehason. The oral mucosa is not the skin.

1. For a mouth ointment you will find a composition on the recipe helpdesk under orabase; you don't have to buy expensive prefabricated product not knowing what is going to happen to the rest.
