The whole gets a certain alcalinity by ZnO and this can be detrimental to the other ingredients in the longer term. I would think that ZnO may be replaced by TiO2. Check pH!!

Regarding Nystatin This is an amphottar molecule with an acid function, which will react with ZnO and form Zn-Nystatin. So this combination can not.
