What do you think of this "always-price" mixture? Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% zinc Oxide 10% chlorhexidine GL 0.5% Nystatin 100 000 E/G Cetomacrogol Cream TMF

Taking into account with Question ' Are you familiar with the degradation of corticosteroids by zinc oxide? ' I would suggest to remove ZnO from the composition. The whole gets a certain alcalinity by ZnO and this can be detrimental to the other ingredients in the longer term. I would think that ZnO may be replaced by TiO2. Check pH!!

Regarding Nystatin This is an amphottar molecule with an acid function, which will react with ZnO and form Zn-Nystatin. So this combination can not.
