What use is best in following preparation: Cutivate cr è me or ointment? Cutivate CR à e 30g Ureum 10g cold cr è Me (PANNOC) ad 100g

Cutivate creme + CC = unstable while Cutivate ointment + CC is stable. But the concentration of fluticasone is not the same in the CR è me as in the ointment. In The ointment She is ten times lower. Apparently the ointment is working stronger than CR à me, only how much stronger?

Answer

Given the big difference in concentration between ointment and Cr è me, I only see 1 possibility to solve the problem.

you will need to restore the broken cold cr è me back by adding a small amount of Arlacel C. Adding an active W/O emulsifier naturally makes the cold CR è me too stable. But I have to say that there is apparently already working with cold cream "Pannoc". This cooling ointment is a stabilised cooling ointment, which does not break when applied to the skin as is the case for the real cool ointment from the OJ V.
