Bestaat er een formule voor zetpillen met erythromycine (succin., propion.)? Is er rectale opname?

Ik merk op dat , voor zover ik ingelicht ben, enkel erythromycine in vrac beschikbaar is in de apotheek.

AB: Bioavailability studies were carried out in 24 healthy men, following single 250 mg doses of erythromycin base, administered as suppositories in combination with tiopronin (Mucolysin Antibiotic) or as enterosoluble tablets (E-Mycin). The area under the plasma concentration time curve following suppository administration was not significantly different from that obtained after administration of the enterosoluble tablet. The maximum serum levels were similar, but the rectal administration gave a more rapid absorption. It was concluded that the rectal route of administration of erythromycin may be useful when the oral one is not practicable.
