Dapsone in a cream process?

This is a specialty on the market in the USA, but we do not find the excipients of the cream back. Is there a preferred cream base in which dapsone can be processed?

div class = "P1" > Each gram of ACZONE Gel, 7.5%, contains 75 mg or dapsone, USP, in a gel or diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, methylparaben, acrylamide/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, Isohexadecane, Polysorbate 80, and purified water. div class = "P1" >   div class = "P1" > Several of these ingredients are not available for the pharmacy. Given the solubility of dapsone in ethanol, it may be appropriate to try the water-free carbomb gel of the TMF. I note that in the composition of the Aczone gel a absorption promoter   is used namely diethylene glycol monoethyl ether. Also this product is not available. But one might consider using 10% DMSO.   P class = "P1" >   P class = "P1" >
