How do I best prepare these eyedrops? I don't find an E-value of acetylcysteine anywhere
Answer
You can find a possible solution at our Helpdesk. Enter acetylcysteine in the search box. You can also use a formula, which is found on the website of MFK
acetylcysteine 5 G
Benzalkonium chloride 10 mg
Dinatriumedetaat 100 mg
Trometamol 5.3 g
Purified water AD 100 ml
According to the formulary, this solution can be sterilized according to the method of Deussen or the method with flowing water vapour. The pH must = +/- 8.
