Acetylcysteine Eyedr. Formula MFK zentropvial without rubber, not available how to solve?

Acetylcysteine is contaminated by rubber, so no zentropvial with rubber cap, but no alternative to wholesale. Drip counter in bottle seems to me also no alternative. How can we solve this? To what extent does contamination occur if we were to use an ordinary zentropvial?

Answer

I do not see any solution for this unless using an ordinary dropper bottle and give the patient the recommendation after using the drip counter to rinse off with hot water before sticking back into the vial. In order to limit the growth of possible contamination, the eye drops should be stored upright   in the refrigerator.
