I received a prescription with ' brown Patersyrup '. However, I do not find the formula. I also inquired at the Westvlaamse.

Your question can no longer be summarily. You do not even mention the use of this syrup. Three syrups could be considered for Brown Patersyrup: Pomegranate, quine or elderberry syrup. Whether the necessary extracts for the preparation of these three can be found, I do not know.
