This salmon base is a validated formula with good adhesive capacity in the mouth. Why do such formulas change?? I doubt the adsorption of methyl cellulose is good? If you want to use the Klucel then you should use the high viscosity quality. The amount of propylene glycol also seems to me to be on the low side to dissolve all triamcinolone acetonide. Maybe 3g?
