Can you make vanilla syrup with vanilla aroma or with vanillin, and if so, what is the formula for this?

In the NF V there is a formula for vanilla syrup with vanilla tincture but it is no longer to be given. < br/>

I find vanilla aroma in the product list: Dose 1 to 2 g per litre.
