(raspberries syrup is made with 1.5% aroma of raspberry fantasy in Sirupus simplex) < br/> Over time:
- There is a cloudy layer from the top of the syrup that disappears by shaking.
- , there are & #039; small lumps & #039; that appear to be raspberry flavoring when rubbing out.
Answer
I would add a certain amount of ethanol. I suggest once take a look at eucalyptol syrup to estimate the amount of alcohol. Maybe the small clumps are left behind. Those fantasy syrups have a complex composition and it is very difficult to figure out what reacts with what. However, the composition will not be released. May use a raspberries syrup of natural origin. Or any other natural fruit syrup???
