A cream with salicylic acid breaks: Acidum salicylitic 6g Alcoholum cetylitic 48g Oleum olivarum 60g Glycerolum 60g Cetomacrogol 1000 9g Aqua ad 300g

< br/> If the cream is made in the classic way, it seems good but after 1 night he becomes liquid. If everything goes through the ointment mill the result is even worse.

Answer

The problem is presumably at the level of an incompatibility Cetomacrogol-salicylic acid. Therefore, I would replace the Cetomacrogol by Nalauryl sulfate. If this is not enough, increase the amount of cetyl alcohol to 60g. Start with the preparation of the CR è me and then rub off salicylic acid with the fully cooled CR è me.
