Crystals in a ibuprofen gel: Aqua 88% N-Methylglucamine 4.73% Ibuprofen 5% HCl 25% OPL. 0.45% Natrosol 2% preservative

Appearance of the product: a clear gel with pH: 6.8-7.2. The problem is that crystals arise!!!!!!

Answer

Presumably the pH is insufficient alcalisch. I would start out by omitting 0.45% HCl.
