Ditropan syrup is no longer available. Is there a formula to process oxybutynin in syrup, or can you crush Ditropan and prepare a suspension?

There should of course be work with the specialieacute; there oxybutynin hydrochloride (OC. HCL) is not available in bulk. You can leave any brand product as far as the active ingredient corresponds to OC. HCl and is not a retard preparation. There are several specialités available with 5mg OC. HCl per tablet. These tablets will need to be crushed, finely made to powder, that we end up sieving.

The number of tablets to use is dosage function, which should be administered per coffee or per soup spoon.

As a vehicle we need to use a medium with a pH between 4 and 5. I suggest:

Xanthan gum 50mg br/> Glycerin 10ml br/> Sorbitol 70% OPL. 25ml br/> After saccharin 100mg br/> Citric acid 1 aq. 1.5 g br/> Trinatriumcitrate 2g br/> All 100mg br/> Kaliumsorbate 100mg br/> Freshly cooked purified water up to 100ml.
