Do you know a solution for an paracetamol syrup for an adult?

We have a patient who is irradiated to the throat. It should take 1 g of paracetamol 4 times a day from the oncologist. But she has great difficulty swallowing. Effabag tablets or pouches are not a solution because of too much salt. It also cannot swallow large amounts of syrup, so a solution is a highly concentrated syrup of paracetamol. Is this going to give problems in terms of swallowing? Is there a good formula?

Answer

There is a paracetamol elixir in NF 6. But I fear that the content is not adapted to the quantity to be taken. Maybe a suppository can offer a solution?
